BALING: The Immigration Department will issue compound notices on foreigners who overstay in the country for up to 90 days, starting from October, says Datuk Seri Saifuddin Nasution Ismail.
The Home Minister said this aims to expedite the legal process by eliminating the need to open an investigation and bring cases to court.
