No changes to demographics


PUTRAJAYA: Heritage buildings and customary land including Malay reserves will not be affec­ted by the proposed Urban Renewal Act 2025 (URA), says Nga Kor Ming (pic).

This was among the assurances by the Housing and Local Government Minister who ­lambasted opposition parties and critics who played up racial ­sentiments to oppose the proposed law which is intended to benefit low income households living in dilapidated and cramped housing.
