PUTRAJAYA: Heritage buildings and customary land including Malay reserves will not be affected by the proposed Urban Renewal Act 2025 (URA), says Nga Kor Ming (pic).
This was among the assurances by the Housing and Local Government Minister who lambasted opposition parties and critics who played up racial sentiments to oppose the proposed law which is intended to benefit low income households living in dilapidated and cramped housing.
