Federal Court grants stay on land dispute involving Duta Enclave


PUTRAJAYA: The Federal Court has granted a stay on a decision by the Court of Appeal in a land dispute between Semantan Estate Sdn Bhd (SESB) and the government involving a plot of land known as the “Duta Enclave”.

On June 24, the government and the Federal Territory Registrar of Titles succeeded in their appeal at the appellate court to set aside a High Court order requiring them to transfer ownership of the land to SESB.
