Over 700 medical officers resigned between 2022 and 2024, says Health Minister


KUALA LUMPUR: A total of 705 medical officers and 1,394 nurses resigned between 2022 and 2024 after serving for more than five years, says Health Minister Datuk Seri Dr Dzulkefly Ahmad.

Dr Dzulkefly stated that the primary reasons for these resignations include pursuing opportunities in the private sector or statutory bodies, as well as personal and health-related issues.
