A BUSINESSMAN, who did nothing when his dog bit a boy, has been arrested, Makkal Osai reported.
Instead of restraining his dog or helping the child, the man identified as Shoheil Hussein in Maharashtra state, India, had apparently laughed as his pet went after the child.
The boy had injuries to his hands, thighs and jaw. Even after the terrified boy fled, it was reported that dog continued to chase him.
A video of the incident was uploaded online by an unknown person, leading to outrage among the people.
Shoheil was arrested following a report by the boy’s father but was released on bail later.
