“Similar conditions are expected in the waters of the Straits of Malacca, east of Samui, Tioman, southwest of Condore, northwest of Bunguran, east of Reef North, Layang-Layang, Labuan, Palawan, Sulu, and Sulawesi,” it said in a statement today.
