National Journalists’ Day 2025 to focus on AI and ethics


KUALA LUMPUR: The National Journalists’ Day (Hawana) 2025 celebration, to celebrate the contributions of media practitioners to the country, will kick off today at the World Trade Centre Kuala Lumpur (WTCKL).

Organised by the Communications Ministry and the Malaysian National News Agency (Bernama), the fifth edition of Hawana which runs until Sunday is themed “Jour­nalism in the New Era: Embracing AI, Safeguarding Ethics”.
