Fire destroys two storage containers in Semenyih


KAJANG: Two containers in Semenyih, used for temporary storage, have been razed in a fire.

Selangor Fire and Rescue Department assistant director Ahmad Mukhlis Mukhtar said the distress call was made at about 10.25am on Friday (May 9).

"More than six firemen from the Semenyih fire station were dispatched to the scene.

"Both containers were completely destroyed in the fire," he said in a statement on Friday.

No one was hurt during the incident, he added.
