PASIR MAS: Drug trafficking and abuse in Kelantan are at alarming levels, with arrest, remand and conviction data showing an upward trend since 2022, says Datuk Seri Saifuddin Nasution Ismail.
The Home Minister said briefings and observations during his working visit to the state on Sunday (May 4) revealed that drug-related offences remain among the most pressing security issues.
