Low-income earners concerned about fee hike at private clinics


PETALING JAYA: Allowing an increase in general practitioners (GPs) consultation fees at private clinics will have an adverse effect on low and middle-income earners, it was pointed out.

Several people in that income group said a typical visit, even for basic ailments like a fever or flu, cost between RM60 and RM100.
