Consumer group calls for unified Sabah digital parking system


Multiple parking applications confuses and burdens Sabah consumers.

KOTA KINABALU: Local authorities must unify the state’s disparate digital parking systems into a single platform to improve efficiency and user experience, a consumer group urges.

National Consumer Foundation Sabah Chapter chairman David Chan said the current system forces motorists to use multiple parking apps, as each district operates its own platform.
