2024 hottest year on record for Cameron Highlands, says deputy environment minister

KUALA LUMPUR: Temperatures in Cameron Highlands rose by 0.86% over the past 10 years, the Dewan Rakyat has been told.

Deputy Natural Resources and Environmental Sustainability Minister Datuk Seri Huang Tiong Sii said 2024 was also the hottest year on record in Cameron Highlands with an average daily temperature of 18.91°C.
