Comm Noor Hisam takes over as Perak's top cop

IPOH: Datuk Comm Noor Hisam Nordin has taken over as the new Perak police chief on Monday (Feb 17), replacing curent acting police chief Deputy Comm Zulkafli Sariaat.

The handover of duties between Comm Noor Hisam and DCP Zulkafli was held at the Senior Officers mess, witnessed by Bukit Aman’s Integrity and Standard Compliance Department director, Comm Datuk Seri Azri Ahmad.
