Anti-smuggling raids in Selangor, KL yield RM113mil in construction material, six arrests


KUALA LUMPUR: Some RM113mil worth of imported iron and metal goods were seized in seven police anti-smuggling raids across the Klang Valley, with six suspects arrested.

Bukit Aman Internal Security and Public Order Department director Datuk Seri Azmi Abu Kassim said those detained in the raids last Friday (Jan 17) comprised two local men, one local woman and three foreign men, aged between 33 and 50.
