SERDANG: A brawl between two groups is believed to have resulted from an accident involving youths attending the 'All Rider Kapcai Festival' held at the Malaysia Agro Exposition Park Serdang (MAEPS) on Saturday (Jan 18).

Sepang district police chief Assistant Commissioner Norhizam Bahaman said the police had come across a 34-second viral TikTok video showing youths engaged in a minor altercation while riding motorcycles.

“Preliminary investigations found that the incident originated from an accident involving two parties attending the festival,” he said in a statement on Monday (Jan 20) as reported in Sinar Harian.

Norhizam added that, as of now, no police reports have been lodged by any of the individuals involved.

“However, we will seek clarification from the organisers,” he said.

The viral video has been shared 3,504 times by TikTok users.

Norhizam said that the police would continue to intensify monitoring efforts and take firm action against individuals disrupting public order.
