Beware of fake FB account misusing my name, Dr Wee warns users

PETALING JAYA: Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong has advised the public to be wary of a Facebook account impersonating him and sending out friend requests.

"Please do not engage with this account (https://www.facebook.com/wee.ka.siong.288) and kindly report and block it if you come across it," the MCA president said in a Facebook post on Monday (Oct 7).

"My correct official links are https://www.facebook.com/wksbmenglish (Bahasa Malaysia and English) and https://www.facebook.com/weekasiong (Chinese)," he wrote.
