Dengue cases surge by 45.6% in Johor during ME38 compared to same period last year


JOHOR BARU: Dengue cases in Johor increased 45.6% to 10,982 in the 38th epidemiological week (ME38), compared to 7,543 in the same period last year.

Johor health and environment committee chairman Ling Tian Soon said of the 10,982 cases, 4,621 were in epidemic localities, and 6,361 were in non-epidemic localities.
