Two UDA property buyers win Perodua Ativa

During the highlight session of the draw and winners announcement for the UDA Ria 2023 property campaign, Mohd Salem (right) drew the names of two lucky winners who each received the grand prize of a Perodua Ativa car.

KUALA LUMPUR: UDA Holdings Bhd (UDA) announced the winners of the lucky draw for the UDA Ria 2023 property campaign.

Two lucky winners, Sarah Fathiyah Mubarak and They Wee Jin, each won a grand prize of a Perodua Ativa.

Additionally, four winners received holiday packages to Dubai, Nami Island, Bali and Semporna Island. The winners are:

>Mohamad Hafis Mohamad Nazari (Dubai, UAE)

>Afiqah Amran (Nami Island, South Korea)

>Mohamad Firdaus Hazim Ahmad Norrashid (Bali, Indonesia)

>Ahmad Hassan (Semporna, Sabah)

Five more winners received accommodation packages at AnCasa Hotels and Resorts:

Latipah Abdul Wahab, Izat Emir Abdul Aziz, Ahmad Syauqi Sahril, Divaagar K. Raman and Tan Chi Meng.

UDA also awarded RM100 Petronas fuel cards to 50 winners and RM50 Touch 'n Go cards to another 50 winners.

A total of 455 eligible UDA property buyers participated in the lucky draw for the UDA Ria 2023 property campaign, which ran from July 7, last year to July 6, 2024.

Most buyers were from the Klang Valley (36%) and the southern region (35%), while 27% were from the northern region and the remaining 2% from the eastern region.

UDA president and chief executive officer Datuk Mohd Salem Kailany said, “On behalf of the Board of Directors, management, and UDA staff, I would like to extend our deepest appreciation to the buyers of UDA's property products, whether residential or commercial.

“Thank you for your support and trust, enabling us to remain committed to shaping, developing and modernising major cities in Malaysia,” he said.

The draw and announcement of RM200,000 worth of prizes to 111 winners took place in a hybrid ceremony at the multipurpose hall of UDA's headquarters at Menara Kompleks Pertama.

The draw was conducted by UDA's management team, with eligible UDA property buyers attending virtually via Microsoft Teams. The session was also live-streamed on UDA Property's official Facebook page.

The prize-giving ceremony for all winners of the UDA Ria 2023 property campaign lucky draw will be held on July 28 during the UDA 2024 Carnival in Penang.

The UDA Ria 2023 property campaign, featuring a variety of property products suitable for all generations, recorded sales totaling RM276mil.

The campaign, first introduced at the UDA Ria Property Carnival at the Amaanee Residences project site in Seberang Jaya, Penang on July 15 and 16 last year, was further expanded through the UDA 2023 Carnival in Johor, Penang, Sabah and Perak, held from September to December last year.

Among the popular property products during the campaign were Dedaun Residensi (apartments), Residensi 38 Bangsar (serviced apartments), Residensi Akasia Jubilee (affordable homes) and Avenue 3 (two-storey semi-detached houses) in the Klang Valley.

In the northern region, most chose Amaanee Residences (apartments) and Crescent Dew Phase 1A (two- and three-storey semi-detached and bungalow houses).

In the southern region, Pisonia Ville Package 2 and 3 (two-storey terraced houses), Areca Terrace Phase 4A and 4B (two-storey terraced houses) and Neuvo Centro Package 3 (two-and three-storey shop offices) were popular choices.

In the eastern region, Sarai 2.0 (two-storey bungalows) and Pelindung Heights Phase 1B Package 3 (two-storey semi-detached houses) attracted buyers.

New property campaign at UDA 2024 Carnival Interested buyers looking to own UDA properties or seeking advice on suitable properties are invited to the UDA 2024 Carnival in Penang from July 26 to 28.

During the carnival, UDA will also introduce a new property campaign featuring special packages and promotions.
