Malaysia submits ratification document for ILO's Occupational Safety and Health Convention


PUTRAJAYA: Human Resources Minister Steven Sim Chee Keong (pic) has deposited the ratification document of the International Labour Organisation's (ILO) Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Convention (also known as C155) as part of the government's measures to strengthen aspects of OSH in line with the decision of the Cabinet meeting on May 8.

The Human Resources Ministry said the ratification document was submitted to ILO director-general Gilbert F. Houngbo while attending the 112th International Labour Conference in Geneva, Switzerland on Tuesday (June 11).
