New pay scheme a relief for civil servants, says Cuepacs


PUTRAJAYA: The move to increase the minimum overall monthly income of civil servants to RM2,000 is a bold step in the right direction, says the Congress of Unions of Employees in Public and Civil Services (Cuepacs).

Its president Datuk Dr Adnan Mat said the planned revamp of the Public Service Remuneration System (SSPA) was a long-awaited relief for civil servants nationwide.
