Penang Bridge to close for marathon on Dec 17

GEORGE TOWN: The Penang Bridge will be closed for the Penang Bridge International Marathon from midnight to 10am on Dec 17 (Sunday).

A PLUS statement on Thursday (Dec 7) said all vehicles can use alternative routes to the Sultan Abdul Halim Muadzam Shah Bridge through Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah to Bayan Lepas.

From Bayan Lepas, the vehicles can go through Jalan Permatang Damar Laut to Jalan Batu Maung.
