Fan Bingbing meets Johor Sultan

JOHOR BARU: Johor Ruler Sultan Ibrahim Ibni Almarhum Sultan Iskandar grants an audience to China’s movie star, Fan Bingbing.

The audience was facilitated by her Johor-born international manager, Jersey Chong.

Chong said she was proud that Sultan Ibrahim would be the next King.

“We wrote officially to the Johor Istana to inquire if Fan could meet with His Majesty.

“We were thrilled when the reply came that Tuanku Sultan has graciously agreed to meet Fan,” she said in a statement posted on Sultan Ibrahim’s official Facebook on Wednesday (Dec 6).

The movie star was accompanied by her mother, Zhang Chuanmei.

The Chinese actress was on her way to the 34th Singapore International Film Festival.
