PETALING JAYA: It’s a pain for Malaysians needing an Indonesia domestic helper, but recruitment agencies say they made little business margins despite the RM15,000 hiring cost fixed by the government.
“The cheapest quotation that I got to source for domestic help was RM7,000, but the monthly salary would be RM1,800,” lamented photographer Syarafiq Abd Samad, 32.
