IPOH: Sirijaya Industries Sdn Bhd (SISB) has paid a glowing tribute to its employees for their commitment to serving the company.

Company group chairman and chief executive officer Liew Kok Weng said the cornerstone of its success was its dedicated and loyal staff.

“Looking back at the past 40 years, our company has gone through growth and changes, and I sincerely thank all the employees who work in this company, both past and present.

“Our company culture is built on the values of trust, honesty, integrity, and teamwork.

“We strive to provide our employees with a better working environment, a flexible corporate culture, and opportunities for learning and growth.

“I can say that we have an excellent team, and they have extremely high self-confidence and dreams. In the past 40 years, they have overcome many challenges and made everything possible,” he said in his speech at SISB’s 40th anniversary dinner on Saturday.

Liew, who is also SISB managing director, said without these employees, the company would never have been able to get where it is today.

“Over the years, we have experienced successes and setbacks, peaks and troughs together. We trust and rely on each other and work together with the company.

“When it comes to trust, it can be divided into two aspects. On one hand, it is the belief in another’s abilities, and on the other hand, it is trust,” he said.

“For a successful business, it is important to bring the two together, and we have the most trustworthy employees who put their own interests before the company, and this selfless spirit sets us apart in a highly competitive market,” he added.

Liew said the company would continue to move forward to create new milestones and records.

“The road ahead is still challenging as there are many unpredictable things, but we will strengthen our capabilities.

“I firmly believe that together, we can achieve everything as long as we keep trusting and supporting each other and channel our talents and energy in the right direction,” he added.

Liew also expressed his gratitude to SISB’s clients and business partners.

“Thank you for putting your trust in us. We are honoured to serve you and look forward to continuing to work with you in the future.

“I promise that we will continue to provide you with the best and most sincere service,” he added.
