Lynas bids goodbye to M’sia

Closing shop: The Australian rare earth materials producer says all other operations at its plant in Gebeng here will be shutting down starting from mid-November.

KUANTAN: Lynas Rare Earths has announced a planned shutdown of its operations in Malaysia, apart from its mixed rare earth carbonate (MREC) processing, according to its December financial quarter report.
