Stranded boys rescued from Liwagu River

KOTA KINABALU: Three boys were rescued from a swollen river at Kg Puru-Puru of Ranau district.

The boys, all 12, were swimming in the Liwagu River when the currents suddenly grew stronger and gushes of water came down from upriver at 2.30pm on Tuesday (Oct 10).
