Almost 31,000 uni students offered RM1,500 advance PTPTN loan for Oct intake

KUALA LUMPUR: A total of 30,893 students pursuing degrees at public institutions of higher learning for the October admission this year will be offered an advance loan (WPP) of RM1,500 each.

National Higher Education Fund Corporation (PTPTN) chairman Datuk Norliza Abdul Rahim said this amounted to a total of RM46.34mil.
