Preliminary report on Shah Alam plane crash out on Sept 15


PETALING JAYA: The preliminary report on the Beechcraft Premier 1 plane crash in Shah Alam on Aug 17 will be released on Friday (Sept 15), says Anthony Loke.

The Transport Minister said the report is on the flight recorder analysis for about 30 minutes from the "memory puck" inside the cockpit recorder of the plane.

"We will release the preliminary report on Friday," Loke told newsmen after opening the DAP Women Congress in Klang on Saturday (Sept 9).

The shocking disaster happened at 2.50pm on Aug 17, killing 10 people, including the Pahang housing, environment and green technology committee chairman Datuk Seri Johari Harun.

The incident also took the lives of two victims on the ground, p-hailing rider Muhammad Hafiz Muhammad Salleh, 32 and e-hailing driver Sharipudin Shaari, 51, who were passing by the area.
