PETALING JAYA: Voter turnout for Terengganu, Kedah and Penang are at 64%, 63% and 60% respectively as of 3pm, just three hours before polling for the 15th state election ends.
Selangor, Negri Sembilan and Kelantan have yet to breach the 60% voter turnout rate, logging only 58%, 56% and 51% respectively.
