PETALING JAYA: Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong concluded his visit to Ipoh by witnessing the swearing-in ceremony of the Batu Gajah MCA leadership.
The MCA president said Batu Gajah is the party's second-largest division with 633 delegates from 60 branches.
