PM Anwar wishes Happy Mother's Day

KUALA LUMPUR: Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim on Sunday (May 14) wished Happy Mother’s Day to all mothers, including his late mother, Che Yan Hamid Hussein and his wife, Datin Seri Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail.

In a posting on Facebook, Anwar said no words could explain the kindness and sacrifices of mothers in educating and raising their children.

"Behind our achievements or moments of excellence is our mother.

"For those who have lost their mothers, may they rest in peace. And for those who still have a mother, may your love grows stronger," said the prime minister.
