PUTRAJAYA: The Environment Department has prepared several measures to address instances of open burning that, among others, deteriorates air quality and create haze that can jeopardise public health.
It said during the South-west Monsoon from May to September, there will be thunderstorms and heavy rain which will decrease towards the tail end, with most states experiencing more days without rain.
