Location for third huge data centre being finalised, says Anwar

SEREMBAN: Another huge data centre, which will provide thousands of jobs to Malaysians, will be set up in the country, says Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.

The Prime Minister said this will bring to three the number of such centres in the country.

"We have already announced one huge data centre in Johor and the second one will be set up in Cyberjaya.

"The location for the third one is being finalised and will be announced soon," he said at the Negri Sembilan government Hari Raya open house here on Sunday (May 7).

Anwar said his government was focused on promoting economic growth to ensure the peoples' welfare and wellbeing was looked after.
