PUTRAJAYA: There are more than 700 vacancies in the Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency (MMEA) to be filled to strengthen its services in safeguarding Malaysian waters, says outgoing director-general Datuk Mohd Zubil Mat Som.
He said the agency was currently facing a 20% shortage from the almost 4,000 approved posts.
