SHAH ALAM: A contractor pleaded not guilty at the Sessions Court here on Friday (Feb 24) to six counts of abetting to falsify bank statements for the purpose of cheating the Shah Alam City Council (MBSA) last year.
Sairi Norhafi, 57, was charged with committing the offence by instructing a man to falsify bank statements of a company dated Oct 31, Nov 30, and Dec 31, 2021, with the intention of deceiving the MBSA.
