KUALA LUMPUR: Two daredevils have climbed to the top of the Merdeka 118 building – the second tallest structure in the world – which has prompted Malaysians to question the security aspect of the area.
Photos of the climb by Ivan Beerkus and Angela Nikolau were uploaded on the Internet, which were then reshared on Reddit.
The post on the Malaysian subreddit page, /Malaysia, had many comments criticising the dangerous act.
Some also questioned if they had obtained permission from the building's management.
It is learnt that no report has been received by Dang Wangi police.
The couple are known for their dangerous climbs, with numerous photos of their escapades uploaded on their respective Instagram accounts.
