Police sergeant claims trial to accepting RM2,000 bribe

SEREMBAN: A 36-year-old police sergeant claimed trial at the Sessions Court here to a charge of accepting RM2,000 from two suspects involved in a case he was investigating.

Norhazarel Anuar Hamidon pleaded not guilty after the charge was read to him before judge Norshila Kamaruddin on Friday (Dec 16).
