‘Time for a Public Services Act’


KUALA LUMPUR: A group of former senior civil servants has urged the new government to legislate a Public Services Act in order to create a professional civil service and delineate their functions, power and authority.

Administrative and Diplomatic Officers’ Alumni Association (Alumni PTD) president Tan Sri Abdul Halim Ali sent an open letter to the Prime Minister yesterday with the suggestion.
