Fresh-faced Low is high on zeal

AMPANG: At the age of 18, most students know very little about politics.

But Ivone Low Yi Wen was different. While studying for her A-Levels, she decided to join MCA after realising that only politics can bring about big changes to improve lives and uplift society.
