KUALA LUMPUR: A police investigating officer told the Sessions Court here on Tuesday (Oct 18) that the incident where a thermos flask filled with hot water fell on a teenage girl with Down syndrome known as Bella never happened.

Inspector Suhaili Mahad, 31, from the Criminal Investigation Department, Kuala Lumpur Police Contingent headquarters claimed this was because the thermos flask appeared to be in good condition.
