GE15: DAP to contest more seats in Perak, eyes Malay-majority areas


IPOH: DAP will be contesting in more parliamentary seats in Perak in the coming 15th General Election (GE15), says Anthony Loke.

The DAP secretary-general said the party would be contesting in more Malay-majority areas.

“Now we will fight against Umno. Perak Umno is shaken with DAP setting up a branch in the Malay-majority area of Parit with 300 members,” he said in his speech at the state DAP’s convention held at a hotel here on Sunday (Oct 2)

On how many and which parliamentary seats they would be contesting, Loke said it would be revealed later.
