Bung, Zizie get stay to enter defence for review of Session's Court order


KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court has allowed the applications by Kinabatangan MP Datuk Seri Bung Moktar Radin and his wife Datin Seri Zizie Izette A Samad, to postpone the hearing of their corruption case involving RM2.8mil in connection with Public Mutual Berhad unit trust investments.

The couple applied to postpone the hearing pending disposal of their applications to review a lower court's order to enter their defence.
