KUALA LUMPUR: Firefighters were forced to break through a cement barricade to get to a senior citizen who had locked himself inside.
In a statement, the City Fire and Rescue Department said that a team was deployed on Saturday night (Sept 3) after receiving a call for assistance by the police.
