Paskal to carry out exercise in Lumut on Thursday


IPOH: The Royal Malaysian Navy’s Naval Special Warfare Forces (Paskal) will carry out practical rescue training using a bus for close proximity combat around Simpang Tiga Lumut on Thursday (Sept 1)

According to a statement from the Strategic Communications Department of the navy, the training and rescue operation will last for an hour starting at 10am.

"Therefore, people living in the areas are advised to not panic when they hear shooting or explosions at that specific hour. The public are also advised to stay away from the area and advised to not spread unhealthy rumours,” said the Navy in its statement. - Bernama
