Pakatan Harapan government an 'uncooked instant noodle', says Hadi Awang

SERDANG: Criticising the previous Pakatan Harapan government, PAS president Datuk Seri Abdul Hadi Awang has likened the 22-month old administration to an “uncooked instant noodle”.

Speaking at the Perikatan Nasional Convention here on Saturday (Aug 27), Abdul Hadi said Pakatan spent too much time bickering over the prime ministership that it ignored real issues.

“When Pakatan took over, everything was a mess. They are an instant noodle government that is uncooked," said the Perikatan deputy chairman.

Abdul Hadi added that a crisis was caused by squabbling over the prime minister’s post, saying that Pakatan forgot about the real issues that should be prioritised.

The Marang MP said when Perikatan took over as government, it managed to steady the country’s ship and focused purely on helping the people.

He called on voters to choose Perikatan as the next government in the 15th General Election, as its track record in the federal and state administrations had shown good performances.

“In the short period of governing the country as well as some states, the people are able to see and judge us. We proved that we governed with integrity.

“In GE15, let’s unite, reject our old weaknesses and make sure we win the election,” said Abdul Hadi.
