Mild tremors in two Sabah districts from 3.1 quake


PETALING JAYA: An earthquake measuring 3.1 on the Richter scale struck Kundasang, Sabah at 7.27am on Sunday (Aug 14).

MetMalaysia said the weak quake at a depth of 10km was centred 13km northwest of Ranau district.

It added that tremors were felt around Kundasang and Ranau.

It said it is monitoring the situation.
