JOHOR BARU: A dispute over alleged drug debts resulted in the death of a 23-year-old, who was found covered in blood on the ground floor of an apartment in Masai Jaya 2.
Johor police chief Comm Datuk Kamarul Zaman Mamat said that police have arrested three men aged 20 to 33 to assist in investigations.
