Man nabbed for slapping and bullying disabled teen at Taiping Lake Gardens

IPOH: A 22-year-old man suspected of slapping and bullying a 13-year-old disabled boy at the Taiping Lake Gardens has been arrested.

Taiping OCPD Asst Comm Osman Mamat said the suspect was arrested after a 1min, 20sec video went viral on social media.
