KL cops issue 1,250 summonses during three-day Ops Utama

KUALA LUMPUR: A total of 1,250 summonses have been issued to motorists during a three-day police operation codenamed Ops Utama here from Friday to Sunday (May 6 to 8).

Kuala Lumpur Traffic Investigation and Enforcement Department head Asst Comm Sarifudin Mohd Saleh (pic) said during the operation, held in conjunction with Ops Selamat 18, police also arrested 11 local men aged 15 to 47 for various traffic offences.
