Upgrading estate distribution section to department to be settled this year, says Takiyuddin

KOTA BHARU: The Estate Distribution Section under the Department of the Director-General of Lands and Mines (JKPTG) will be upgraded to a department by the end of this year, says Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Datuk Seri Takiyuddin Hassan (pic).

He said that discussions were being held with the Public Service Department (PSD) currently on the allocation and appointments, with the highest post being the director-general.
